On 14 December 2017, ERSAR (Water and Waste Services Regulation Authority) presented a preliminary report for the sector entitled: “Technical guide for the implementation of PAYT systems”. It is expected that this document will become a practical tool to support the implementation of PAYT systems and tariffs, including descriptive chapters and recommendations for the preparation and implementation of a plan.
